What's the hose at 0:58 for?
Haha sounds like my wife in the background
awesome video! I used your video to help me change out the impeller on my 90etec! thank you
So the fuel line, you do just pull real hard and twist, alright. Now how do I get it back on?
Alltime Best!! You’re the BEAST from the EAST, thanks for all the inspiration, even from the beginning.
Great video! I have ridden the Whit Rim Trail many times on my motorcycle. It is amazing!
It is also amazing that I made it through in this truck!
Thanks for the video. I look forward to seeing you take it offroad 😁
you still plowing with her?
so cool man
did you by chance shift gear case into reverse before removing the shift rod bolt? I saw quicksliver on the addhesive what exactly is this spesphicaly for lower units? where the instructions included w/ the kit? thanks again for sharing the knowledge.
Also , dorman #38384 seems to have a door spring compressor on amazon that has 5 stars and seems to be the only strong one you can still buy today.
Can I get year, and model info. for this specific truck, I believe this is newer than my 99-03 f250 sterling 10.5 rear axle and a tad different. Our seems to have a same size spring (same diameter the length of spring) which seems to be stronger and wont move to side 0:38 when its supposed to have the strength to push that lever all the way back ( ford never learns if its not broke, NEVER try to fix it). That may be the true real problem and may need to get an older spring from a junk yard and use that but looks like impossible to take just spring out w/o cut and weld, may want to get whole rear last parking brake cable and change it but would have to measure both to make sure exact same size, thanks again Ford.
Great Video and Thanks for the quick response
Can you repost the link for the rebuild kit, doesn't seem to work for me
Done! Thanks for letting me know the link was outdated.
Met this guys in DeSmet SD, crazy cool truck and a great guy too.
So this video is the truck you saw when I first got it.
where can i find this spring compressing tool please and thanks
Exhaust break worked great!
Yes!
Been down that road many times, how did the truck like pulling up the hill on the other side ?
I think it slowed down to 45 mph at one spot. I'm at 26,580 lb.
was this before the freaky oil pressure gauge issues?
I don't know anything about the freaky oil pressure gauge issue.
Oh wait I think that was Chad that had that issue.
@@NEILSWORLD ahhh. your right.. confused myself... actually in this video your voices sound familure LOL.
@@coachgeo Hey now, don't be mean to Neil like that. :)
🤣
I keep telling people these things are INSANELY capable. For a big ole utility truck, they can outperform almost any vehicle driven today off-road. They’re almost impossible to get stuck. The only downside is when you do get stuck, it takes another one to get you out.
not gonna lie I got home and looked for that sticker and couldn't find it luckily I found ur youtube page I'm subscribed. . . awesome LMTV man
Thanks, it was nice chatting with you.
Excellent repair video. You gave me the confidence to change the impeller myself. This way, you know it's done correctly and not half ass'd like a lot of mechanics will do.
Not a good idea.
wheres the video that light goes off
Do you mean this one? ruclips.net/video/nzUC92-poQE/видео.html
The hardest part of the entire video is you putting your work gloves on. Lol. Well constructed tool and a great video too.
👏🏻👍🏻🇨🇦
My parking pedal is going all the way down and not engaging the brake shoes (just replaced everything back there). Could that lever be my problem if it's frozen in the disengaged position?
Thanks for the great video. 2017 F-350 problem solved.
You're welcome I'm glad it helped.
I thought you ripped ass at 6:00
Great video, thanks for sharing.
You're welcome.
I still need to do this
Is it the same steps for the 2014 etec 75hp?
I don't know.
Thanks a lot for posting this you just saved me an expensive repairman trip 🤌 worked a treat after I fished it out of the reservoir
Excellent!
Useless vid
Tose tires looked shot, did you swap no long after? Thanks for vid.
Yes, I have new tires now.

Was this also resulting in your brakes not holding well? Mine isn’t lifting but they also barely hold the truck on flat ground.
Yes, because the brake shoes were not able to self adjust with the lack of movement in the parts that do the adjusting.
Thats a good thing to know, well done.
"See what it can do"? I seriously doubt if there's anything it CAN'T do.
You got me on that one. 😆
If you turn the wheels all the way to the left or right you can sit on a shop chair comfortably in there
I have some questions about this attachment, can you install 2 weed trimmers on it? Can you install this on a lawn tractor and use a bagger?
It is designed to carry only one trimmer.
Ok but you didn't answer the second question. Can you install this attachment to a lawn tractor?
@@bethmotgomery2662 oops, I didn't see that second question. It attaches to the roll bar with u-bolts.
great video what kinda adhesive are you using for o rings and such?
Great video. Thanks!
I couldn't find one that showed how to take this apart so I thought I should make one. Glad it helped!
The fact that you only have 5K subscribers is a tragedy. This is the type of video that makes RUclips valuable. Great work, great camera angles, spot on cadence and no filler. You Sir are an internet treasure.
Thank you!
Completely agree! Every other video has you completely dismantling and pulling the hub just to get to the ebrake! Great camera angles!!
Thanks!
you just made a video of you test driving an awesome looking, 8 wheeled, 500 horse power truck, and all you said was wow that was fun. Bro. Imma need a little more
🤣
This job seems like a real pain in the a$$
So what’s it sound like?
A blocked exhaust.
Im working on an LH50000114. this kit is for an LH50000104, but they both look the same. Do you know if this rebuild kit will work on my latch?
I would guess that it would work. I would imagine that the internal parts are the same.
Latch part numbers are 30940-01 and 31853-05. Bezel number is 36784-01.
31853-05 has a weight. Use 31853-06. I just updated the links in the description.
